Dr Björn Vahsen wins Junior Research Prize

Many congratulations to Postdoctoral Researcher and Junior Research Fellow Dr Björn Vahsen who has been awarded the Junior Research Prize by Deutche Gesellschaft fur Muskelkranke e.V. (DGM) - The German Society for Muscular Diseases.

About the award, Björn commented:

“I am absolutely delighted to receive the Junior Research Prize from the DGM. This recognition highlights our recently published work on the pathophysiological role of microglia in C9orf72-ALS. It is incredibly rewarding to have my contributions acknowledged, and this prize further motivates me to continue my investigations into new therapeutic strategies for ALS.”
