Krebs Prize Lecture: Some adventures in hormones, metabolism and behaviour.

On Thursday 9 June 2022 at 4 pm, Professor Sir Stephen O’Rahilly, MD FRS FMedSci will deliver Sir Hans Krebs Lecture. More details about the lecture entitled "Some adventures in hormones, metabolism and behaviour" can be found on OxTalks website.

The lecture honours Sir Hans Krebs who was a Nobel Laureate 1953 for discovery of the citric acid cycle, later known as the Krebs Cycle. More info about Sir Hans Krebs can be found on Department of Physiology, Anatomy & Genetics website.

Professor Sir Stephen O’Rahilly is a physician, interested in the aetiology and pathophysiology of human metabolic and endocrine disease and how such information might be used to improve in the diagnosis, therapy and prevention of these diseases. He is also the co-director of the Wellcome-MRC Institute of Metabolic Science (IMS).
