Kavli INsD PI wins British Biophysical Society Award
Another great achievement from Kavli INsD Professor Philipp Kukura. We are delighted to share that Professor Kukura will be presented with the BBS Sosei Heptares Prize for Biophysics in recognition of his work on the development & impact of mass photometry.

Endowed in 2018, The Sosei Heptares Prize is granted every two years to a scientist whose principal contribution to biophysics or biophysical methods originated in the UK or Ireland. As of 2022, Philipp Kukura is one of the four recipients of British Biophysical Society's Biennial Awards.
Since April 2021, Oxford University's KAVLI Institute for Nanoscience Discovery is proudly serving as a hub for research groups from seven different departments spanning both the medical and physical sciences, including Professor Philipp Kukura's Group from the Department of Chemistry.
