#Let's Inspire Inclusion
The department of Biochemistry and Kavli invite you to join them for an inspiring talk with Dr Samantha Hiew in celebration of International Women's Day 2024.
Monday 04 March @ 2pm
Seminar Room 1 & 2
Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin Building
The event will also include the unveiling of the nominations of inspiring women in the department of Biochemistry followed by an extended networking tea and coffee session.
The talk will discuss the importance of psychological safety and leadership within our teams, exploring how it fuels innovation, enhances collaboration, and boosts overall team performance. Dr Hiew is an award winning speaker (see Press Pack) and has built this talk on insights from the neurodiversity community and a strong background in science communications, weaving neuro-, psycho-, and physiological sciences into life contexts to humanise neurodiversity.
Whether you are a seasoned leader, academic, researcher, member of professional services staff, student, or simply passionate about creating positive change, this talk is not to be missed. Join us as we explore the transformative power of psychological safety, neurodiversity, and inclusive leadership.
Register here by Monday 26 February and be part of the conversation that shapes a more inclusive future for all!
Registrations will include the opportunity to submit questions to Sam which will be answered during a Q&A session following the talk.
